Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g minced lamb
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 lime(s)
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Finely chop the onion, garlic, and chilies. Grate the zest and juice the lime. Mix everything into the minced meat. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight. Form the meatballs into balls and fry in a pan with oil until browned on all sides.
