  • 200 g Lamb salmon
  • 100 g Dried apricots
  • Tart dessert wine
  • Voatsiperyfery jungle pepper
  • Maldon sea salt

  • A starter for an oriental-style barbecue evening: soak the apricots in the wine overnight. Choosing a wine that is not too sweet is ultimately a matter of taste. Dice the meat. Place them alternately on the skewers and grill all around for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. I deliberately distributed the pepper and salt roughly over the skewer ........ gives the whole thing a certain crunch. As a side dish there was my lentil salad: Lebanese lentil salad
