Potato Salad in Hot Summer
The perfect potato salad in hot summer recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Potatoes
- 3 Gherkins
- 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 3 Tomatoes
- 0,5 Green Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Chives frozen
- 2 tbsp 8 Kräuter TK
- Chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 3 tbsp Cucumber water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices.
- Mix the oil with the cucumber water, season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and mix in the potato slices.
- Finely dice the cucumbers, onions, peppers, eggs and tomatoes and add to the potatoes with the 8 herbs and chives, mix everything well, leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and serve.
