Potato Salad in Hot Summer

The perfect potato salad in hot summer recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 3 Gherkins
  • 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 0,5 Green Bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Chives frozen
  • 2 tbsp 8 Kräuter TK
  • Chilli flakes
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp Cucumber water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices.
  2. Mix the oil with the cucumber water, season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and mix in the potato slices.
  3. Finely dice the cucumbers, onions, peppers, eggs and tomatoes and add to the potatoes with the 8 herbs and chives, mix everything well, leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and serve.
