Lamb’s Lettuce Accompanied By Veal Sausage

  • Lamb’S lettuce
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 2 Poles Spring onion
  • 0,25 piece Snake cucumber
  • Coarsely ground pepper and salt
  • Raspberry vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • A dAsh of condensed milk
  • A shot of kefir

The rest of the fried potatoes are only pimped a little

  • Chopped rosemary
  • Clarified butter to warm up
  • Coarse salt
  • Who still likes a piece of bratwurst?
  • 5 piece Fine bratwurst v. calf
  1. I still had fried potatoes left over from lunch and thought I’ll make them for dinner – use them right away 🙂 I also had some leftover salad and something can be made from them. Last but not least, a few more sausages from the freezer and my plan was done. Today, for once, a warm dinner !!!
  2. I don’t think I need to describe individually how to heat fried potatoes and cook sausages. That’s why I’m only describing how to prepare the salad.
  3. Wash the lettuce well – because lamb’s lettuce is very sandy. Then they cut the tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Cut the spring onion into rings. Now put all the ingredients for the dressing in a shaker. Mix well and pour over the salad. Mix everything together and arrange on plates.
