Ham Cannelloni

The perfect ham cannelloni recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 medium sized Red pepper
  • 1 medium sized Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200 g Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 4 Discs Cooked ham
  • 50 g Goat cream cheese
  • 30 g Grated Gouda
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (circulating air 180 degrees). Finely dice the shallot. Clean the paprika and courgette and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the shallots, bell peppers and zucchini vigorously. Salt and pepper.
  3. 2 / 3 put tomatoes in a baking dish, season with oregano, salt and pepper and mix everything well.
  4. Cover the ham slices with the vegetables and spread the cream cheese on top. Roll up the ham and place in the mold. Sprinkle with the remaining tomatoes and Gouda cheese. Baked in the lower third of the hot oven for about 10-15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with the parsley.
