  • 3 tbsp Broth
  • Salt pepper

  • 1 smaller Apple
  • 100 g Sliced ​​smoked salmon
  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water, drain, peel and mash them in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Boil the eggs hard for about 8 minutes, quench and chop.
