Lamb’s Lettuce with Clementine Fillets and Walnuts

The perfect lamb’s lettuce with clementine fillets and walnuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 gr Lamb’S lettuce
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 30 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Fig mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt, pepper, sugar
  • 3 piece Clementines
  • 10 piece Walnuts
  1. For the dressing: 50ml olive oil or cooking oil 1 teaspoon fig mustard 30ml balsamic vinegar pinch of salt, pepper and sugar (possibly 1 teaspoon creme fraiche or sour cream)
  2. Mix everything together for the dressing (possibly 1 teaspoon creme fraiche or sour cream), shake well and pour over the salad. Cut the fillets out of the clementines and pour them over the salad and spread the walnuts on top.
