Lamb's lettuce drink with tomato

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • buttermilk
  • Water
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Salad to drink (smoothie)

Combine all ingredients in a tall container and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. The amount of buttermilk and/or water can be adjusted or substituted with other ingredients to suit your taste. I used buttermilk rather than yogurt or quark, as buttermilk contains the least fat and sugar. Instead, I added a dash of walnut oil for the unsaturated fat.
