Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 80 g lamb’s lettuce
- e.g. almond(s) or other kernels
- 1 peach(s), fresh
- 100 ml kefir
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped herbs
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Wash and slice the peach. Puree the peach with the kefir, then add the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Arrange the lamb’s lettuce on plates or in bowls and drizzle with the dressing. If you like, you can also garnish with a few almonds or other seeds.
