Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 40 g almonds, blanched
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. yeast flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, wash the lamb’s lettuce. Briefly roast the almonds and walnuts in a dry pan. Meanwhile, peel the garlic. Then, blend the lamb’s lettuce, garlic, walnuts, almonds, nutritional yeast, and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
