Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g lamb’s lettuce
- 25 arugula leaves
- 30 g pine nuts
- 50 g Parmesan, mature, grated
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For the vinaigrette, whisk the balsamic vinegar with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, and olive oil. Thoroughly wash and dry the lamb’s lettuce and arugula and mix them into the vinaigrette. Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts and Parmesan cheese and serve.
