Lamb's lettuce with chicken liver

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g lamb’s lettuce
  • olive oil
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • n. B. Honey
  • 200 g chicken liver(s)
  • 50 g bacon cubes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 5 prunes
  • 5 tomatoes, dried
  • 2 walnuts
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean the lamb’s lettuce. Prepare a dressing with mustard, honey, and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cut the chicken liver into small pieces. Chop the onion, prunes, tomatoes, and walnuts into small pieces. Sauté the bacon cubes and onion in a little olive oil, add the prunes, tomatoes, and walnuts one at a time, then lightly fry the liver. Layer the lamb’s lettuce with the dressing and the liver with the ingredients in a bowl. Serve with ciabatta bread.
