Christmas punch without alcohol

Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 1 liter of black tea, prepared
  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 1 liter sour cherry juice
  • 3 large oranges, freshly squeezed
  • 3 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 10 cloves
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the black tea with the apple juice and sour cherry juice. Add the cinnamon sticks and cloves and heat gently, but do not boil. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then discard the spices. Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and sweeten with sugar to taste. Note: If you don’t like the pulp in your punch, you can strain the orange juice through a fine sieve.
