Lamb's lettuce with chopped walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 onion(s),
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 large garlic, squeezed
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 2 tbsp meat broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all the dressing ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Trim, wash, and spin dry the lamb’s lettuce. Sprinkle with a handful of chopped walnuts. Finely chop an onion and add it to the salad. Pour the dressing over the salad just before eating. Serve with freshly baked white bread. Tip: Mix freshly fried mushroom slices into the salad.
