  • 75 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 Handful Walnut kernels
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 5 tbsp Walnut oil
  • Salt
  • Colorful pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Clean the lettuce, wash it thoroughly and spin dry
  • Halve the nut kernels
  • Mix a dressing out of walnut oil, mustard and honey ...... season with salt and pepper
  • Spread the salad with the walnuts on a plate and spread the dressing over it
  • There was the schnitzel with panko flour breading and the stewed potatoes
