Ingredients
- 75 g Lamb's lettuce
- 1 Handful Walnut kernels
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 5 tbsp Walnut oil
- Salt
- Colorful pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Clean the lettuce, wash it thoroughly and spin dry
- Halve the nut kernels
- Mix a dressing out of walnut oil, mustard and honey ...... season with salt and pepper
- Spread the salad with the walnuts on a plate and spread the dressing over it
