Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g lamb’s lettuce
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese (feta cheese)
  • n. B. Dressing (balsamic dressing)
  • Cinnamon powder
  • nutmeg
  • pepper
  • 80 g sunflower seeds

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and remove the roots, then arrange it on two plates. Wash the cucumber, quarter it, and slice it thinly. Sprinkle it over the lamb’s lettuce. Wash the apple and cut it into thin slices. Arrange it on the plates. Cut the cheese into 1 x 1 cm cubes and sprinkle it over the salad along with the sunflower seeds and seasoning. Distribute the balsamic dressing decoratively on the plates.
