Lamb's lettuce with honey dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 box of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 25 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the pear and slice into thin sticks. Drizzle with lemon juice. Sort and wash the lamb’s lettuce, pat dry, and arrange on plates. Dice the cheese and place on the salad. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts and the pear sticks. Peel and slice the kiwi, cutting in half again if necessary. Arrange on the plate around the salad. Halve the cherry tomatoes and arrange them around the edge of the plate. Mix the honey, mustard, and balsamic vinegar. Then slowly add the olive oil and whisk the dressing well. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the salad.
