Lamb’s Lettuce with Lentils and Smoked Fish

The perfect lamb’s lettuce with lentils and smoked fish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the dressing

  • 1 Chicory
  • 100 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 1 Onion
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 400 g Smoked fish (trout, mackerel)
  • 5 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Horseradish from the jar
  • 7 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt pepper
  1. Boil the lentils in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the leaves from the chicory.
  3. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and spin dry.
  4. Finely chop the onion.
  5. Halve tomatoes
  6. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Mix the ingredients for the dressing with the hand blender.
  8. Arrange the chicory, lamb’s lettuce, tomatoes and onions on plates.
  9. Place the lentils on top, then place the smoked fish on the plates.
  10. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
