Lamb’s Lettuce with Lentils and Smoked Fish
The perfect lamb’s lettuce with lentils and smoked fish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the dressing
- 1 Chicory
- 100 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 Onion
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 400 g Smoked fish (trout, mackerel)
- 5 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Horseradish from the jar
- 7 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt pepper
- Boil the lentils in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the leaves from the chicory.
- Wash the lamb’s lettuce and spin dry.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Halve tomatoes
- Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing with the hand blender.
- Arrange the chicory, lamb’s lettuce, tomatoes and onions on plates.
- Place the lentils on top, then place the smoked fish on the plates.
- Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
