Lamb's lettuce with melon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 150 g Parma ham
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 melon(s) (Galia)
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the lamb’s lettuce. For the dressing, combine the pumpkin seed oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Finely dice the onion and toss with the dressing. Now stir in the lamb’s lettuce. Thinly slice the Parma ham and dice the feta cheese. Remove the inside of the melon and cut into fan-shaped pieces. Arrange everything nicely on plates. Drizzle a few strands of pumpkin seed oil over the finished plates, if desired.
