Lamb’s Lettuce with Melon and Turkey

  • 500 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 piece Honeydew melon
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 2 piece Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper

dressing

  • 1 shot Oil
  • 1 Splash Lemon
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  1. Wash and pluck the lettuce. Cut the tomatoes, honeydew melon and spring onions into small pieces.
  1. Cut the turkey schnitzel into small pieces and fry in a little oil in a pan – season with salt and pepper.
  1. Mix the dressing and portion the salad into small bowls – arrange the turkey strips on top.
