Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 300 g mushrooms
- 200 g cheese
- 20 g almond flakes
- 50 ml dressing (honey mustard dressing)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the lamb’s lettuce and mushrooms. Peel and dice the mushrooms. Dice the cheese as well. Place the lettuce, mushrooms, and cheese in a salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad. Finally, toast the almond flakes and sprinkle them over the salad just before serving. Tip: I sometimes use store-bought dressing or quickly mix together some mustard, honey, oil, and balsamic vinegar. I don’t have a set recipe for this, though. You just have to be careful not to use too much balsamic vinegar, as the flavor would overpower the rest.
