Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 bunch of carrots
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 romaine lettuce or lettuce hearts
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 pack of cashew nuts
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp cream
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 pack of 8 herbs, frozen
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the carrots and radishes, cut the romaine lettuce into strips, and toss with the corn. Make a dressing with mayonnaise, cream, yogurt, lemon juice, herbs, and the finely chopped egg, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Toss with the salad. Finally, sprinkle the cashews over the salad.
