Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g lamb’s lettuce, ready to cook
- 4 tsp walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp water, cold
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 tsp honey, liquid
- Sea salt
- black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red, from the mill
- 4 plums, approx. 140 g, pitted, finely diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the lamb’s lettuce and walnuts in a salad bowl. Combine the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, water, oil, and honey, season with salt and pepper, add the onion and prunes, pour over the salad, and fold to combine.
