Lamb's lettuce with potato dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 400 ml cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and wash the lamb’s lettuce as usual, and divide it into 4 portions. Peel and chop the potatoes, then cook until soft. Bring the cream to a boil. Add the potatoes and garlic and puree. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Serve warm. Tip: Add fried bacon cubes to the dressing, if desired.
