Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 100 g cucumber(s), diced
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
- 2 tsp honey, liquid
- 100 g raspberries
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, roasted without fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Arrange the lamb’s lettuce and cucumber on two plates. Mix together the buttermilk, quark, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and honey, pour over the salad, and serve sprinkled with raspberries and sunflower seeds.
