Lamb's lettuce with sour cream dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 shot of vinegar
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of milk or cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and spin dry. Finely dice the small onion. Place the sour cream in a bowl and stir it with the dash of vinegar until smooth. Add the finely diced onion and season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Add a dash of milk or cream to thicken the dressing. Toss the lamb’s lettuce with the dressing just before serving, or spread the dressing evenly over the lamb’s lettuce. Otherwise, the salad will collapse too much and look less appealing.
