  • 10 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 10 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 0,75 Coffee spoon Sugar
  • 0,75 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 Onion

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lettuce and remove the root

  • Beat the water, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and mustard together and beat well. Only then add the oil and beat again.
  • I always prepare the sauce for several days and store it in a glass, which I always shake before I pour the sauce over the lamb's lettuce.
  • If you like garlic - please fresh every time - do not stir it into the sauce.
  • For those who live in Berlin and my surroundings, the lamb's lettuce is not available in the supermarket, but at the farmers in Seeburg.
