Lamb’s Lettuce with Vinegar and Balsamic Sauce

- 10 tablespoon Water
- 10 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 10 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- Salt pepper
- 0,75 Coffee spoon Sugar
- 0,75 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 Onion
- Wash the lettuce and remove the root

- Beat the water, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and mustard together and beat well. Only then add the oil and beat again.
- I always prepare the sauce for several days and store it in a glass, which I always shake before I pour the sauce over the lamb’s lettuce.
- If you like garlic – please fresh every time – do not stir it into the sauce.
