Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 package Soup green TK
  • 500 ml Strained tomatoes
  • 150 ml Water
  • 8 piece Lasagne sheets
  • 250 g Ricotta
  • 150 g Grated mozzarella
  • Basil

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat well and add plenty of salt and pepper. Chop the onion, garlic and soup greens and add to them.
  • Use the tomato sauce to liquefy the sauce and, if necessary, extend it with water.
  • Put the lasagne sheets in the sauce. Spread a layer of ricotta on top and finish with grated mozzarella. Bake the lasagna in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 °. Serve with fresh basil.
