Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 large Onion
- 1 package Soup green TK
- 500 ml Strained tomatoes
- 150 ml Water
- 8 piece Lasagne sheets
- 250 g Ricotta
- 150 g Grated mozzarella
- Basil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat well and add plenty of salt and pepper. Chop the onion, garlic and soup greens and add to them.
- Use the tomato sauce to liquefy the sauce and, if necessary, extend it with water.
- Put the lasagne sheets in the sauce. Spread a layer of ricotta on top and finish with grated mozzarella. Bake the lasagna in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 °. Serve with fresh basil.
