Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 500 ml meat broth
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped (can)
- 6 lasagna sheets
- 1 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
- Parmesan, freshly grated, optional
- Crème fraîche, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Season the minced meat, chop the onions, and mince the garlic. Fry the onions and garlic until translucent, then add the seasoned minced meat. When the minced meat is browned and crumbly, add the tomatoes and broth, and stir in the tomato paste. Mix well, break the lasagna sheets into bite-sized pieces, and add them to the soup. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until tender. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and/or a dollop of crème fraîche, if desired.
