Lasagna with Spinach

  • 9 Pc. Lasagne sheets
  • 500 g Fresh spinach leaves
  • 300 g Cream cheese nature
  • 200 g Mozzarella ball
  • 100 ml Gorgonzola
  • 50 ml Vegetable stock
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 Msp Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp Oregano

preparation

  1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Add the spinach and pour the vegetable stock over it, cook with the lid closed until the spinach collapses. Mix the cream cheese with the Gorgonzola, add to the spinach. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and nutmeg as well as a little lemon zest. Boil the lasagna sheets in water until they are still slightly bite. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Now rub butter in a baking pan. Now place layers of lasagne sheets + spinach + mozzarella on top of each other in the baking pan. Finally, put the tomatoes on top of the last lasagna sheets. Slide into the oven on the 2nd rail from below for about 45 minutes.
