Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 ml water
  • 2 tbsp sugar of your choice
  • 4 ice cubes, crushed (according to taste or need)
  • 250 g natural yogurt (full milk yogurt)

Fruity yogurt drink

For the basic recipe, mix the sugar, water, and yogurt together until the mixture is frothy. Chill until ready to serve. If desired, add the crushed ice cubes either beforehand or just before serving. Tips: Depending on your taste, you can either squeeze the fruit of your choice (e.g., oranges or limes) and use the juice, or puree the fruit of your choice (e.g., blackberries, raspberries, currants, mangoes, etc.) and mix well with the yogurt mixture before adding the ice. Serve garnished with some fruit or mint, if desired.
