Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 45 g curry, favorite variety
- 65 g chili pepper(s), dried, ground (or cayenne pepper)
- 50 g turmeric
- 50 g cumin
- 30 g pepper, white
- 1 pinch of cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the various spices in a large jar. Store in a dark place. Use a smaller jar for everyday use. The exact gram amounts don’t need to be followed; the flavor will determine the amount. For fried potatoes, add about 1-2 level teaspoons of spices to the frying pan for every 1 kg of potatoes and fry. This spice blend is a great base for marinating seitan or tofu. Garlic granules, for example, can be added during marinating.
