Lassi Lamb’s Lettuce
The perfect lassi lamb’s lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Lamb’S lettuce fresh
- 150 g Yogurt
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Honey liquid
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Salt
- Clean, wash and drain the lamb’s lettuce.
- Squeeze the lemon
- Put the milk, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a tall container and mix a little.
- Add the lamb’s lettuce and puree with the puree stick. If necessary, fill up with mineral water or add crashed ice and puree again.
- Portion into glasses and with a small. Garnish a pinch of chilli flakes and serve immediately.
