Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 handful of lavender flowers, freshly harvested
  • 1 tsp honey, liquid
  • 10 drops of rose water
  • 3 peppercorns, pink

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for breakfast fans

Cream the soft butter until fluffy. Carefully pluck the lavender blossoms, leaving the green parts intact, and add them. Stir in the rose water, finely crushed peppercorns, and honey. Refrigerate. Spread on a warm breakfast roll and enjoy.
