Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 65 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g margarine
- 500 g quark
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup oil , small cup
- ½ liter of milk
- 3 egg whites
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Knead the dough ingredients and press into a greased springform pan, pressing the edges up high. Stir together the filling ingredients (caution: the filling is very runny!) and pour into the springform pan. Bake at 175°C for about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. After the baking time, spread this mixture over the cake and bake at 175°C for another 15 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan.
