Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g butter, soft, 5 g for greasing
- 70 g brown sugar, 10 g of which for sprinkling
- 1 tsp lavender, chopped
- 175 g flour
- 1 lemon(s), finely grated peel

Preheat the oven to 150°C and grease the baking sheet. Finely chop the sugar and lavender (or use a food processor if necessary) and add them to the butter along with the lemon zest. Cream the butter until fluffy. Sift the flour, add it, and quickly knead everything into a firm dough. Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper and cover with another sheet of baking paper. Carefully flatten and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3-5 mm. Remove the top layer of baking paper and cut out circles using a round cookie cutter. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes and sprinkle with sugar.
