Lavender Cookies

- 400 g Flour
- 200 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs
- Lemon zest from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp Dried lavender flowers
- Put the lavender flowers in a mortar and mash them lightly. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead well. Then wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
