Ingredients

  • 110 g Butter
  • 60 g Ground almonds
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 60 g White sugar
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Sugar
  • Dried lavender
  • Melted chocolate

Instructions

  • Place the flour with the ground almonds on the work surface.
  • The butter is cut into cubes and placed around the mountain of the flour, as well as the sugar and a pinch of salt. A hollow is made in the middle of the sugar-butter-flour mountain.
  • Put the egg yolk in the well. Now everything is kneaded into a dough!
  • As soon as the dough is kneaded, it is put in the refrigerator for an hour. In the meantime you can make the lavender sugar and add sugar and lavender in a mixer and mix it until the sugar is uniform. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees.
  • After leaving it to rest, form many small croissants out of the dough and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Now bake them for about 12 minutes at 180 ° C,
  • Even warmer, the peaks are rolled in lavender sugar. After rolling, you put them all together and lightly pour chocolate sauce over them. (See photo)
