Delicious layer by layer

Peel and core the apple, pear, and orange, then cut them into approximately 1 cm cubes. Bring to a boil in a small saucepan with 100 ml of orange juice. Remove from the heat and let it simmer with a squeeze of lemon juice, the sugar, and star anise. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and mix with the sour cream. Add a little lemon zest and the seeds of the vanilla bean and mix well. Place the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a meat mallet until you get nice, larger crumbs. Now layer everything alternately in freshly washed jars. Always start with the biscuits, then the fruit, and finally the cream mixture. Repeat this process until the jar is full. Chill everything and only take it out of the refrigerator shortly before serving; this will make it taste even fresher. Tip: You can also replace the fruit with a frozen mixed wild berries. It also tastes great.
