Layered salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 400 g ham, diced
  • 1 can pineapple, sliced
  • 4 apples, diced (depending on size)
  • 6 eggs (hard boiled) in slices or quarters
  • 5 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, diced (depending on size)
  • 6 medium-sized gherkins, diced
  • 2 leeks, sliced
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 jar of Miracel Whip Balance, dilute with milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 40 minutes

Make it one day in advance so that it can be cooked through well

Once everything is diced and sliced, layer the ham, pineapple, apples, eggs, tomatoes, bell peppers, gherkins, and leeks, starting with the corn. It’s best to use a clear bowl. Finally, add the grated cheese. Pour the Miracle Whip, thinned with milk (so that it pours but isn’t too runny), over the mixture. You can add a little more seasoning to your taste. Refrigerate overnight. P.S. These instructions are only approximate. Depending on the type of vegetable, size, ingredient, and bowl used, you may have too much or too little.
