Layered Salad Russian

The perfect layered salad russian recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Waxy potatoes
  • 4 Pc. Free-Range boiled eggs
  • 2 Pc. Cucumber fresh
  • 1 bunch Fresh radishes
  • 1 bunch Leek
  • 150 g Corn
  • Parsley, dill, chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mayonnaise
  1. Boil potatoes
  2. as long as the potatoes are boiling, cucumber, radishes, eggs (cooked) and leeks are chopped into very small pieces (that is a lot of work, but the finer it is all cut, the tastier it will be! Because it then melts on the tongue and dissolves in everyone Enthusiasm from how finely it all is cut)
  3. Then let the boiled potatoes cool and then cut them into small pieces (but slightly larger than cucumber and radishes).
  4. Mix everything and refine with herbs and corn and add salt & pepper to taste.
  5. the salad will last longer if you only put the mayonnaise on when you have portioned the salad on a plate. I put the majo in the whole salad for the grill, because there is nothing left. 🙂
  6. For meat lovers: you can still make very small diced hunting sausage or chicken meat on it.
