Russian Salad

The perfect russian salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Meat sausage
  • 2 Peel Cooked beetroot
  • 2 Peel Gherkins pickles
  • 2 Peel Boiled eggs
  • 1 peel Onions
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 5 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Boil the eggs hard. Peel the sausage. Peel the onion and eggs. Chop the beetroot, sausage, pickled cucumber, eggs, onion and apple and place in a large bowl. Mix the crème fraîche and tomato ketchup and stir in, season with salt and pepper. Let steep for a few hours.
