King Oyster Mushrooms with Spinach

The perfect king oyster mushrooms with spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Fresh spinach
  • 150 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic large
  • 1 tbsp Pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Steak pepper
  • Salt
  1. Remove the stalks from the spinach leaves and pluck them roughly.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
  3. Quarter the mushrooms lengthways and cut them down.
  4. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil over medium heat.
  5. Then you can add the mushrooms and pine nuts.
  6. When the pine nuts are just starting to get color, add the spinach and let it collapse.
  7. Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
