King Oyster Mushrooms with Spinach
The perfect king oyster mushrooms with spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Fresh spinach
- 150 g King oyster mushrooms
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Clove of garlic large
- 1 tbsp Pine nuts
- 1 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Steak pepper
- Salt
- Remove the stalks from the spinach leaves and pluck them roughly.
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Quarter the mushrooms lengthways and cut them down.
- Fry the onion and garlic in the oil over medium heat.
- Then you can add the mushrooms and pine nuts.
- When the pine nuts are just starting to get color, add the spinach and let it collapse.
- Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
