Leaf salad with mirabelle plums and pine nuts in red wine vinegar and quark dressing

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce (SalaRico)
  • 9 Mirabelle plums
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • some milk to lengthen
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce and cut into strips. Wash the mirabelle plums, halve them, and remove the stones. Whisk together the dressing and thin it out with milk until the desired consistency is reached. Season to taste. Place the lettuce and mirabelle plums in a salad bowl. Mix in the dressing. Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts and serve.
