Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g Leberkäse
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 500 g gnocchi
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Simple and hearty
Dice the meat and onion and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the cream cheese, peas, and vegetable stock, and simmer until the peas are tender. Season with pepper. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in salted water and fry in a pan with butter until golden brown. Serve with the meatloaf.
