- 280 g white asparagus
- 20 g butter (wild garlic butter)
- 50 g peas, frozen
- 50 g cream
- 40 g cream cheese

Peel the asparagus, cut it into approximately 1 cm wide pieces, and set the asparagus tips aside. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the asparagus for 3 minutes. Add the peas and sauté briefly. Pour in the cream, add the asparagus tips, season with salt and pepper, mix well, and simmer over low heat. When there’s only a little cream left in the pan, stir in the cream cheese to create a creamy sauce. Turn off the heat and season to taste. Arrange the vegetables and salmon on a plate, garnish, and serve. 655 kcal per serving.
