Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g Leberkäse
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- some spring onions
- 1 small onion(s)
- 4 tbsp oil for frying
- 3 tbsp butter for frying
- ½ cup of cream, approx. 100 ml
- 2 tbsp vegetable stock powder
- 1 jar mushrooms, approx. 250 g
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Salt and pepper, black
- 2 tbsp flour for binding
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cut the Leberkäse into strips. Slice the spring onions into rings and dice the bell pepper. Dissolve the vegetable stock powder in water. Fry the Leberkäse in oil until browned. Drain the oil. Add the butter, onion, and remaining vegetables to the Leberkäse. Briefly sauté the vegetables, then deglaze with vegetable stock and add cream. Season to taste with black pepper, salt, and paprika. Thicken the sauce with water and flour. Serve with rice or tagliatelle.
