Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of Leberkäse (meatloaf, approx. 1 cm thick)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 20 g butter
- 4 slice(s) pineapple (fresh or from a can)
- 2 bananas
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp port wine
- pepper
- Lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Spread the Leberkäse with mustard, sprinkle with pepper, and top with butter flakes. Place on a large piece of aluminum foil and grill on the hot grill for 3 minutes on each side, turning carefully. Arrange the drained pineapple slices and sliced bananas on top. Drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the sugar and port wine and pour over the meat. Continue grilling until the sauce begins to caramelize.
