  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 20 g butter
  • 4 slice(s) pineapple (fresh or from a can)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp port wine
  • pepper
  • Lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Spread the Leberkäse with mustard, sprinkle with pepper, and top with butter flakes. Place on a large piece of aluminum foil and grill on the hot grill for 3 minutes on each side, turning carefully. Arrange the drained pineapple slices and sliced ​​bananas on top. Drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the sugar and port wine and pour over the meat.
