Leberkäs with Cabbage and Fried Potatoes

The perfect leberkäs with cabbage and fried potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 disc Meatloaf
  • 1 kg Boiled potatoes
  • 0,5 piece Fresh white cabbage
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seed
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the boiled potatoes, cut into slices or cubes, and fry them in a pan with oil.
  2. Peel and chop an onion and add to the potatoes. Season with caraway seeds and salt.
  3. Slice the cabbage into strips, fry them in a saucepan and deglaze with cream and reduce a little. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Finally fry the Leberkäse and arrange on a plate with the fried potatoes and cabbage.
