Leberkäs with Cabbage and Fried Potatoes

- 2 disc Meatloaf
- 1 kg Boiled potatoes
- 0,5 piece Fresh white cabbage
- 1 cups Cream
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seed
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- Peel the boiled potatoes, cut into slices or cubes, and fry them in a pan with oil.
- Peel and chop an onion and add to the potatoes. Season with caraway seeds and salt.
- Slice the cabbage into strips, fry them in a saucepan and deglaze with cream and reduce a little. Season with salt and pepper.
- Finally fry the Leberkäse and arrange on a plate with the fried potatoes and cabbage.
