Leberkäs’ with Potato Salad

The perfect leberkäs’ with potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pckg. Leberkäs’ mass fresh
  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 Pickled cucumber and some stock
  • 1 small Diced onion
  • 1 Cup Clear broth / stock
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper, parsley
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Sweet mustard
  1. Bake meat loaf for approx. 45 minutes at 170 ° C, ideally place an aluminum container on a dripping pan with water. Cut in at the top, looks good and is special. Peel the potatoes cooked in salted water, cool and cut into slices or cubes, pour the stock over them. Dice the pickled cucumber as well as the onion, add some cucumber stock, then mix with mayo, add a little oil and season with salt and pepper. To serve, cut the Leberkäs’ into thicker slices, add the sweet mustard and top with the potato salad and some chopped parsley.
